When Apple releases the details and dates for their new products.

Looks like release day is next Friday 9/16. Already took a vacation day so I can drive to a city with an Apple store and do my upgrade. Chattanooga has a store (Mac Authority) that existed before Apple Stores that some how managed to get a non compete from Apple, so we can't have an Apple store til they go away, so pretty much never... Unfortunately for me, they don't do the upgrade plan for Apple.

See I was always used to the week after release date, like it will be this year.
So last year they released the phone 2 weeks after the keynote...so I showed up the week after looking to pick up my new phone like an idiot.
ETA:
I'm curious to how they are going to handle these. I hope I don't have to go into the store to switch mine out. I'm taking off that day anyway for something else, but I'd prefer them to just mail it to me and I'll send the 6S back.

It was a joke by him basically stating that all apple does is barely refresh their iPhones and people gobble that shite up.
