Anyone else excited for the iPhone 7?

I've been counting down the days. I have a 5c so getting this phone will feel like alien technology.

I'm ready to go from a iPhone 6 to an iPhone 7 plus. I'm not really buying the rumors there will be a 7 pro. That's just too many new devices, and it doesn't fit their m.o.

If you're that far back then Yeah I would be too. But when I started seeing articles about the "2017" iPhone way more often than the one that was actually coming out this year I'm much less inclined to upgrade from my 6+. Unless they add something mind blowing, I'll likely wait for what looks like a full blown redesign next year.

My 6 still works just fine. I'll probably wait for the 7s next year. The "s" versions are usually better anyway

Never been an iphone fan but that seems to be the pattern. It's like the first release of new iphones lack features that are present in the latest competitor phones and then Apple comes out with the s version to catch up.

I would hope a new phone is better than an older phone, just like the 7 will be better than the 6s.

excuse my lack of knowing.. when does the 7 come out? Like, soon? My 6 still works perfectly fine and when it's in the case you can't even tell (I can tell now that I know)but the son of b is all bent like I got the curved ultra HD edition. It's bugging me.

The 7 will be out in September. And there won't be a 7s next year. It's the 10th anniversary of the iPhone and they are going to just move on to the 8. It's supposed to be a phone that will introduce a bunch of new technology. If I had a 6 I'd wait.

Yep I'm excited. I'm always excited for new things. Hopefully they release a new apple watch with better fitness tracking capabilities.

I'm also on the 5s and am looking to upgrade this September. I'll take a look at the features of the official release but if it's underwhelming like it seems to be, I'll probably just grab a 6s when the price drops. I don't need the newest and greatest phone all the time, but I don't want to fall too far behind either.

Our family pretty much has the same view. You definitely save money by staying about one release behind. I've been using an LG G4 for almost a year now and have no plans to upgrade to the G5 any time soon.

I am not going to 7 until I wear out my Bose QC headphones. I don't want to have to keep with a dongle to use my headphones.

I've never owned one either and considering getting the 7.
Nothing against Android, no complaints about the devices or OS, I just am tired of being shamed by all of my friends and family for not having an iPhone, and it is always a pain in the arse when travelling if I don't have my own charger.
Do I have to pony up the $1000 for the phone upfront or are there more economical ways of purchasing the 7?

My wife has sprint and she has like "iPhone for life" they call it. She pays like $30 a month but after 12 months she can trade it in and get the newest iPhone.
I've been piggybacking on my parents plan with Verizon and they have a form of pay X amount monthly for the phone on top of your data package.
I will be Making the change to Sprint with the wifey this December though

I just think Samsung products are shite. But, yeah, I hate when I'm the only guy that doesn't have an iPhone on a trip or something and I forget/misplace my charger.
