USMNT’s 2nd friendly in next FIFA window is set: Jamaica March 25 in Wiener Neustadt, Austria (1 pm ET, ESPN2, UniMas). It comes 3 days before match at Northern Ireland. This is a similar set-up to November window, when US played at Wales, then faced Panama in Wiener Neustadt.

Bello, Robinson, and Lennon won’t be available because they won’t have time to quarantine before the CCL game Atlanta plays in. Dumb.

Why does Atlanta have to frick up every good thing?

I know I would much rather play in the Olympics than the fricking CCL

I’d almost rather play in fricking Oceania’s equivalent than the CCL.

Atlanta is also trying to get a new coach, new system, and several new players on the same page.

Is that a serious question? Does anyone actually want to play in the CCL, U23 player or not?

Olympic qualifying. If nothing else it goes far in achieving the goal of playing in the Olympics

Not to mention if you believe you’re a future senior nat, that’s a good place to show out.

Bummed Efra isn’t in this group.

Tyler Boyd no longer with Besiktas but on loan to Sivasspor.
Assume he gets more playing time but not so far?

It was a sarcastic one, because even you can agree that nobody grows up with the dream of “I want to win the CCL when I grow up!”

It's likely not a dream they grew up with, but it's just as ridiculous to say that players currently on MLS teams don't want to play in CCL.
