I selfishly want to see Servania and Tessmann start together for Dallas, just to see two Birmingham kids bossing an MLS midfield.

19 year old Bryce Duke getting his first cap for LAFC as a late sub.

Novakovich had an assist and also drew a pk that was converted in a 2-2 game.

So he's still retired

Yuck, why? I'm sure there are better USL towns to play in being semi-retired.

Pretty sure he's one of the owners.

He's the sporting director and part of the ownership group.
This is basically a Michael Jordan/Wizards move.

Cannon signed a new 4 year contract with Dallas.

Well that sucks but he is eligible for 2024 anyway.

Reyna puts all the stupid click bait rumors to bed by stating he will only play for the USA and will not play in the Olympics.
I'm still not sure about the Olympics part, he may have misunderstood the question or a translation problem.
I think he was talking about Olympic qualifying, which obviously he wouldn't be a part of that since it would interfere with BVB's season. But the Olympics fall during the offseason.

MLS would be wise to sell him, if they are serious about getting a bigger return on investment.

FC Dallas’ deal with Reggie Cannon was announced as a 4-year extension. It is so much more than that. How this deal sets up Cannon for a transfer, and how the structure may become a model for homegrowns around MLS. With quotes from Zanotta and Cannon. LINK LINK
A link to an Athletic article with details of Cannon's new contract and how it incentivizes Dallas to sell him.

Can you summarize for those of us who don’t have the athletic?
Posted on 3/6/20 at 5:22 pm to cwil177
I don't have the Athletic either, but someone on reddit posted this part of it
quote:
Cannon’s new deal includes bonuses for the homegrown right back tied directly to his sale. The larger the transfer fee, the bigger the reward for Cannon. On the flip side of that arrangement, Dallas increased its leverage in negotiations by locking Cannon down for four seasons while also keeping his base salary static at the 2019 level this year for cap purposes, allowing the club to keep a key player for 2020 without pushing them closer to the league’s $4.9 million salary cap. The deal includes a significant jump in salary next year and deferred bonuses that kick in if Cannon is still on the FC Dallas roster by a certain deadline. And it is those payment increases that incentivize Dallas to sell Cannon before the 2021 season kicks off.
