ICYMI, US-U17 international Rickson van Hees (16) signed his first professional contract with Dutch 2nd Division side NEC Nijmegen yesterday. Van Hees is currently the first choice left back with NEC's U17s, and is scheduled to move up to the U19s in July. LINK

Hannover is playing Wolfsburg. Brooks is starting for Wolfsburg. If Soto comes in, he will most likely be going against Brooks.

Fossey played his first competitive game of the season yesterday for Fulham's U23s. He's been out with an injury he picked up in preseason.

Jozy with another goal and assist today. That's 3 goals and 2 assists in 201 minutes this season.

His assist was a thing of beauty, got the ball out on the wing, beat his defender and put in a well driven cross.

But people think he's not our best striker.

When he is healthy and playing well, he is definitely our best striker. Unfortunately that is not saying much!!

He is often injured and has missed some big tournaments because of this. Even when he is healthy, his performance for the men's national team has been somewhat erratic.

For our men's national team to be a factor in the world cup, we need more depth and quality at most if not all positions!

Still our #3 all-time scorer.

The fact that he is our #3 all time scorer echoes my point. Jozy would not come close to starting on the vast majority of teams with any chance of winning the world cup. It's unfortunate that he is the best we have! We lack talent and depth. We are not a soccer nation yet and that is a shame.

No one's arguing this.

You are being a bit of a dick to the guy. It might be obvious what he stated but it's true. Let the guy state what he pleases without the condescending tone. I could write a fricking novel on your irritating MLS dick riding.

What's that got to do with this?

Meaning I could tell you how irritating the dick riding is but I choose not to because I would sound like an condescending a-hole. Instead, you try to make this guy look like he's captain obvious instead of letting it be.

I get your point, but come on, how often do we have to hear the “Jozy isn’t good enough” argument? Well no shite, a lot of our team isn’t good enough.
