17-yr-old fullback Sergino Dest, who was on the US U17 World Cup squad and at the U.S. men's youth summit in Florida, went 90 for the Ajax U19s last Saturday in their first league game of the spring. He's the youngest kid on the team. This was his third start. Played left back.

Looks like 19-year-old T2 midfielder Lamar Batista was just recently on trial with FC Nürnberg! Lamar made his first appearance with the Timbers first team in the US Open Cup vs the Seattle Sounders.

Was one of the youngest guys on the U17 WC team. Forward/midfielder. I think he just turned 16.
Was overshadowed by some of the older guys, but impressed some people in other tournaments where he played more.

With George Bello, Andrew Carleton, Chris Goslin and now Diego Lopez on the roster, Atlanta United 2 will be more interesting to watch in 2018 than ~25% of MLS. Lopez, who just turned 16, is a 6’1” target striker from Chino, Calif. He's a handful. LINK
