Also, this should be the end of Newcastle's European ambitions this season.

well we did also bring in Luuk De Jong and they keep saying they want to replace Cabaye immediately but who knows what Kinnear is thinking.

Apparently Porto's Fernando will be joining MCFC soon. He's out of contract in the Summer, but City are trying to make a deal to bring him in this week.

Porto may want a player from City on loan for the rest of the season. Marcos Lopes seems to be the most likely choice.

This makes no sense.

Why? They need a midfielder to rotate with Yaya and Fernandinho. Garcia and Rodwell are not good enough to hold a 2 man midfield.

It makes perfect sense. They need a 40 million dollar player in every position on the three deep. City's team won't be complete until their first round league cup team against Cheltenham Town costs 600 million dollars

Considering Fernando is leaving on a free in the Summer, I think it's safe to say they won't be spending 40m on him.

Jermaine Jones to the Turkish league. Won't even try to spell the teams name.

Kinda disappointing, but I guess as long as he's getting PT.

Not bothered by Taarabt leaving. Dribble around, pointless head down shot from outside the box, rinse, repeat.

Fulham have brought in William Kvist on loan with an option to buy. I know I've seen him in the Bundesliga, but can't say I noticed him that much. Seems like a pretty standard defensive mid, but Fulham need more central midfielders anyway.

Lots of talk about spending 13 million or so for Kostas Mitroglu, Greek striker who's done pretty well in the Champions League. Why he'd want to come to a relegation zone team, I dunno, but there's been a lot of talk about it. Guessing Berbatov is gone if so.

Looks like the loan swap between Fulham and Spurs is getting closer. Deal would be to send Berbatov to Spurs and Holtby to Fulham.

Fulham still working on signing Kostas Mitroglou from Olympiakos.

The deal would likely only happen if the Mitroglou signing takes place.

Fulham have also signed William Kvist on loan from Stuttgart.
