It's a pretty lowly list if we just have Kreis and Lapira as male pros from LA

Hey after Mapp we have to drop to an Atlanta Silverback reserve in Kellen Gulley

Slightly off topic, but fun fact. LA has had the 3 out of the last 8 Hermann Trophy winners (college soccer Heisman).

Kreis is a beast on Backyard Soccer.

That Mullins kid from Jesuit will probably go pro soon. He's at Maryland now.

I was gonna prematurely say Mullins cause he's been a beast at Maryland. Anyone know how Eric Reid's brother is doing there?

Just looking at the list of Hermann winners, besides Nagbe, Alecko Eskandarian might have been the most successful pro of the whole group since Reyna. Kind of a depressing list.

Here is a list of most of the current MLS players from Missouri. I may have missed one or two though.
Kevin Ellis (SKC)
Brad Davis (HOU)
Will Bruin (HOU)
Tom Heinemann (VAN)
Jack Jewsbury (POR)
Davis, Bruin, and Heinemann all born in STL area, Ellis from KC, Jewsbury from Joplin.
And then Tim Ream plays for Bolton Wanderers, so maybe he is the best. He is only 25, how come he isn't in the USMNT picture?

St. Louis has outstanding youth soccer. One of my best friends played there and went D-2 and he was by no means a big star on his club team or anything like that. He's not an American, but St. Louis can also count Vedad Ibisevic

Oh yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and say he's the best from Missouri

Yeah they do, my friend's dad coaches a good U18 or U19 team in the KC area that plays Scott Gallagher and other STL teams a lot, they beat SGSC in the State Cup semifinals this year I believe.

I could be off base but I don't think he really played much at all last year.
Mullins was projected 4th on Ives mls draft board and was probably going to receive a generation adiddas contract before he decided to stay at Maryland.

Well if Oregon is going to claim Mwanga, I don't see why Missouri can't claim Vedad

I can't speak for him from High School-on, but hopefully he isn't still an insufferable twat like he was when he was younger...
