What would happen if ref misses a penalty and a team scores before VAR review?

Watching a Premier league replay and Vardy was tripped In the box and the ball stayed in play. Play went on and there was a couple change your possessions for a few minutes, And they finally went to the VAR review after there was a missed header leading to a goal kick.

If the header went in for the other team is it disallowed? Or does the team get the point and the other team get a Chance to tie on penalty?

If the header was from Vardy, Do they just give them that point or do they like get that point plus a chance a penalty (two goals)?

If VAR decides there was a missed penalty then really the goal shouldn’t have happened and it gets taken away and the spot kick is given.

That scenario nearly happened in the EPL this season.

There was a foul/possible penalty at one end; play went on and a penalty was given at the other end. VAR intervened and gave a penalty on the original foul; the subsequent penalty was chalked off.
