Its been obvious for the past couple of months that we have been.
Opinions views on Lerners time vary depending on who you talk to, I think he was simply naive when he first tookover, gave to much money to MON and the dream failed. He then wised up and the last 4 years has been cutting budgets and barely surviving.
But he's still invested in the the training ground and Villa Park.

Lerner sold the Browns to Jimmy Haslam two years ago
