Last man keeper, like in pick-up football in England.

Is that how it works over there? That's awful.

Torres

It's weird, I don't think he's played that well, but Ives really likes him.

Don't bash it, it's not bad.

No, it's just that I'd live in constant fear of being picked last, and I'm terrible at 'keeper.

No, we split up into teams and someone usually volunteers to be the keeper. But I play with a group that usually has three or four guys who have played keeper before. Usually rotate in-game.

Y'all play white boy pickup games. You're supposed to have two trash cans, no keepers. In order to score, you hit the can. Keepers in pickup games - weak.

We "borrow" these cool little springy nets that I think the high school nearby uses to throw baseballs at. I'm not really sure what they are for. But they are about 3x4 feet wide and make for good pick up game goals.

you may be interpreting "last man" incorrectly. it just means last guy back. like he is the closest to the goal at the current time. it could be someone different on every attack possibly.

my favorite way to play small sided pick up is either with trash cans standing up where you can go behind them and use all 360 degrees or with benches laid on their side

Now I feel dumb.

Fabian Johnson still sick. Won't feature against Guatemala.

May God have mercy on Carlos Bocanegra's slow legs.

I'm hoping Jurgen doesn't make the mistake of putting Carlos on the left again.
