There's just something different about a USA soccer game. Theyre the only team I feel comfortable calling "we."

Doesn't matter how good or how shitty we are, I get excited for every game.

After reading through the half of the thread.

WE frickING WON 3-1 and it never got out of hand. I dont know why people are bitching so much.

When you consider that we played in a fricking monsoon. Then throw in the fact that practice was cancelled the day before the game due to inclement weather, same with the game before Canada.

The Guatemala game is going to be tough. I think we have a 1-1 game against Guatemala.

It happens. No worries.

Terrence Boyd's discovery of American culture is my favorite part of this run of US games. First it was awkward pictures with servicemen and pictures in front of the White House. Then it was his commentary about the NBA playoffs. Now he's been asking on twitter for new favorite shows.

This was a terrible outing for the US no doubt, and I was disappointed in the overall performance. However, being more apt to pull for fricking Liverpool instead of your own national side is lame. If you want to talk about attractive soccer when you have Andy Carroll, come on.

Did you read my post? I said I'm getting sick of watching the USMNT because they don't play beautiful soccer and I don't have the passion for them like I do for other teams/clubs. If you follow me at all on the SB you would know how much I hate the way LFC plays. I criticize them day in and day out (like they deserve) but continue to watch each and every single game because if I don't I feel like a part of me is missing. I win and lose with the club. I don't feel the same about the USMNT.

He looked like a little kid in a candy shop visiting the capital's monuments

What was his commentary on the playoffs?
