What the frick are Reem and Gooch doing out there?

What the frick did Bob think was going to happen with this abortion of a line up? I'm sick to my stomach.

This isn't the best we can come with. Have you ever watched us play before?

They're done. A lot of these kids have given up at this point. They just want the half to come. I expect all 6 subs to start the second half.

Sad thing is that Ream and Gooch haven't been the worst players on our team today.

Halftime thoughts

Ream isn't ready. Period. He has very little sense of positioning defensively and just isn't a good defender.

Jermaine Jones needs to wake the frick up or prepare to sit the entire GC.

Sacha and Robbie give nothing to this team. Kljestan has no pace.

Gooch is done. He succeeded because he was a physical specimen. Now, he's big and slow.

Nothing to say about the forwards because they've had no touches.

I'm not pissed. Exactly what I expected, except I thought we'd put a strong side out first half and this side second half. I'm perfectly accepting of what's happened. The U.S. beat better teams with hard work and solid defense, and this team gives neither.

Also, I'd trade this Jermaine Jones for Rico Clark any time.

I have expectations for Lichaj overall, I don't today because he's a right back playing left back against an amazing attacking team.

I'm not sure Onyewu is worth playing in the long term. We need to replace him, imo.

I'm juss sayin, y'all.

Wondo delivers a hat trick after the half. Book it.

Edu has been good defensively and on the ball (minus the forward pass). He at least can get out of a tangle and keep the ball moving.

Agreed. I feel like maybe half of these guys even have a shot at playing in 2014.

My substitutions for the second half:

Dolo, Goodson, Dempsey, Bradley, Bedoya on
Ream, Onyewu, Jones, Klejstan, Rogers off

He's done. Goodson is a better athlete, more skilled, and in better form. Gooch will only play based on loyalty, which Bradley has a knack for. If it costs us, I have no issue firing BB, even though I've never been a Bradley hater.

I don't think Ream's ready but he's still an interesting prospect. Gooch looks done.

But not sure what we do at this point. Maybe Goodson-Boca's our best option now but Boca's not a long-term option.
