I wonder if he still lives in Dallas and is training with the team. Although MLS doesn't do international breaks so that may not be the case.

Yeah and Chicago has a match this weekend, so I doubt they called him in just to train. Got to imagine a midfielder got hurt and they needed to make a last second replacement call-up, meaning no Euro-based guys.

Found this tweet from a TUDN reporter. Looks like Acosta is only there for precaution if a player isn't physically fit... most likely Tyler Adams
