I'm sure ESPN will air a good 15-20 minutes of Alexi Lalas/Julie Foudy riveting commentary before the game actually starts.

Im also curious to see what the ratings are when they come out, specifically how bad it compares to an NFL game.

ESPN did a really bad job of promoting this. The ratings won't be that great simply because some people don't know about it.

This. Way to show one commercial over a month, ESPN.

Donvan's future in this team may be as a second striker, especially if Charlie Davies doesn't get back to full fitness. Let's just hope he doesn't have his back to the goal.

Weird that Jozy, Cherundolo, et al would come in for a game they weren't starting. I'm sure they'll get 45, but still.

I'm glad to see Bradley/Edu pair up. They are the future, unless Jermaine Jones is phenomenal. Even then, he may play center back

Classic ESPN here; they want to capitalize the boom of soccer popularity after the World Cup but don't advertise for MLS or a big friendly.

No Kidding. I guess they'd rather have real commercials during that time.

It's not even on the web page.

With my current win streak at zero, I picked USA win or draw on Streak for the Cash.

Might as well.

What is ESPN2 going to show for the next 30 minutes?

Pretty bad to not advertise it and then wonder why ratings weren't as high as you were expecting.

I think we'll be much better off if Torres can start getting more playing time with Bradley and ends up starting in 2014, to be honest.

All they need to do is give MLS the normal ESPN donut ad before the start of SportsCenter segments on non-NFL days.

I really like the Bradley/Edu combo, at this point I'm not too worried about what is going to happen with Jermaine Jones.

I assume this will be more like a 4-5-1/4-3-3 with Bedoya and Donovan as attacking mids than a 4-4-2 with Landon up top. I like the lineup, the question is when is Spector going to get it together.

Wow, I really love that lineup. Lets see how it pans out first though.

ETA: Not a fan of the Jonathans.
