Luna had some poor first touches but overall I would say he contributed quite nicely

Brandon Craig might be the most entertaining guy on this team

I think Pax is going to be the better Aaronson next cycle and that’s not meant to be a slight towards Brenden

Anybody know the Mexico Paraguay score last night? I have no idea how to find it. Edit tied 1-1. Stats look like an even match. Mexico’s goal was an own goal

That's a pretty bold statement. Brenden has been very solid the past year or 2. Haven't seen Pax play to give any input.

Pax hasn’t been playing as much for the union as I wish he would. To compare the two, the season in which Brenden turned 19 he had 28 appearances for the union in MLS. Paxten started getting first team minutes younger than Brenden but only has 21 appearances this year (turned 19 last month). So maybe a little behind in terms of his pro development. That said, older Aaronson was one of the last players to miss out on the U20 WC roster his cycle, and Paxten has been a mainstay with the baby nats. Only Timothy Weah from that 2019 team has more full national team caps than Brenden.

Imagine if Luna decided to stop eating hotdogs and Budweiser every day. Imagine if Paxton did.

Luna is a baller and looked awesome. We really controlled that game. Shame it didn’t go our way. The weather definitely hurt us.
