Should be considered a favorite. Very impressive so far. We can't do anything. 1st half against France we at least looked capable.

I wish we could get a replay of the penalty foul.

Nice for Morocco to have their top world class player in Hakimi play on the olympic team too. Not a lot of contending countries getting that I would imagine.

I like when world class players go all in for the Olympics

It probably helps that he didn't play in Euros/Copa or make it to the UCL final so is fresher than most

Definitely a horseshite penalty call, but Morocco is DAMN good & a 1-0 scoreline is certainly fair. We are lucky it isn't much worse. They look controlled, composed, confident. We look sloppy & desperate. The unnecessary giveaway by Tolkin followed by us chasing down & fouling Hakimi outside the box just sums up the half.

Trying to be more impressed with how they look than upset with how bad we look

That was a bullshite foul. Weird that gets called for them and not when Paredes gets pushed around.

Tim Howard has been the best US commentator we’ve ever had with knowledge of the game, insight, tactics, and not exaggerating his verbiage. Really enjoying him.

This. Can be a bit monotone but the content is on point.

He was always good in the booth for NBC when he'd do color on Premier League games on his days off from Everton. I always thought that was cool having an active player on broadcast.

I appreciate the monotone since it’s calming and avoids the superlatives.

We look tired. We haven’t done a great job of rotating this tournament.
