just like every other sport, head to head doesn't matter when it comes down to multiple teams being involved

Both USA - Germany and Ghana - Portugal are Thursday, 10:30 AM Central. Most likely ESPN and ESPN 2.

So why don't they just keep the real time?
ref supposedly does time the injury and delays stoppages (roughly)

More like, it was going to be 4 minute but frick the USA so let's make it 5

Yeah - I thought Stoppage was 4. We lost it on the other end though. Laying back, getting lazy and toss an easy interception. Why not attack on your last possession?

We should have taken the ball to the corner and stood there until they fouled us or kicked it out.

I don't understand how the one guy, not sure who it was, just nonchalantly was jogging back towards the goal as Ronaldo was receiving the ball. It was a couple, probably more, seconds for him to have the awareness to look around and see the guy who scored the goal running behind him.

Not sure how that happens at that point in the match.

Ok first off if adding a minute for a slow sub were commonplace then every fricking soccer game in the world would have a minimum 5 minutes added on. frick those refs.

Second it seems our communication was complete shite at the end. Bradley seemed to not know a guy was breathing down his neck then Cameron seemed to have no clue he had a runner behind him. Yedlin was behind the runner jogging back. You just came on and are fresh. Haul your arse back and cover in the 95th minute.

Finally, it seems like we lost with the way it happened but I think all of us would have taken a point a few hours ago. Just need another good showing on Thursday and we are through.
