I saw two fouls on the play. First, Guy on portugal shoves our player away from heading the ball, second the goalie played that ball with cleats at face level. Vickers probably should have just headed the ball on the first touch, but he was probably surprised it got to him.

Keepers, regardless of it's by the rules, I feel like get the benefit of the doubt in the box. Especially if it's that close to goal.
I do agree that it's a booking if that's anywhere else in the field of play though.

Of course. But this keeper somehow forgot that he could use his hands. He's a field player if he goes in feet in the air.
