Astana is playing incredibly well. I really hope they make it far in the tournament.

Man-city has an uphill task against Sevilla.

I honestly don't know where the frick Kazakhstan even is on a globe.

Yeah, I'm not exactly confident in City today, but who knows. They'll either play like shite or win 3-0

I think I'm just hoping for a 3rd place finish at this point.

Looks like 12 hours kazakhstan and central time. It is not Europe as it is Central Asia. Good games on TV today.

Bellerin was early on and then he settled quite nicely. Think he is just being rested because of the NLD on Sunday.

We just need to not get blown out. Decent chance to still go through on goal differential if that happens.

All I knew is that it's in the part of the world where no one is really sure if it's eastern Europe or Asia and it's close to the fake country that Borat was from.

God you're right. Obviously haven't seen that movie in forever.

In other news,

City's starting XI: Hart, Sagna, Otamendi, Kompany, Kolarov, Fernando, Fernandinho, Toure, Navas, Sterling, Bony......

Bench: Caballero, Clichy, Demichelis, Mangala, Delph, Barker and De Bruyne.

Nice to see Clichy and Delph on the bench again. Running a 4-2-3-1 with Toure playing as the no. 10.

I'm not a fan of De Bruyne being on the bench, but I'm assuming he needs a rest at some point.

Two Manchester City fans were hurt in Spain when their pub was stormed ahead of the Blues’ Champions League clash with Sevilla.

A gang of masked thugs, said to be Sevilla supporters, attacked O’Neills Irish pub in the city centre where a group of about 40 City fans had been drinking.

Witnesses described how the attackers rushed the pub with batons.

The gang is said to have smashed glass windows and sent chairs and tables flying as fighting broke out inside the pub.

The attackers yelled ‘hooligans’ and several City were said to have been left bleeding, according to one City season ticket holder.
