I remember in one of the previous Summer Olympics ( I think it was Beijing) a Iranian wrestler was drawn against one from Israel and the Iranian withdrew from the games.

This is FIFA we're discussing. There is no chance of this happening, simply because there is no "chance" at tournament drawings where FIFA is involved. It's all calculated and pre-determined.
