I was wondering why Twellman didn't bitch about that short corner, and then noticed that he didn't say a single word for the remaining two minutes of the half. Clearly too angry to speak.

Not just going forward, but I expect the D to be bad at this point. The offense had looked better to me in the other games.

Both teams are sloppy and pushing a lot of numbers forward. Ghana is faster and getting better opportunities on the break. We didn't kick the ball out and it bounced shittily around until their best player got it and scored from 12 yards out.

baby USMNT doesn't pass very well.

back line isn't great but a weak MF and a non-existent RB (defensively) is putting them in bad spots.

Trapp and Lopez are not transitioning well. They're getting caught up the field, and the back four (three) is consistently faced with a number of Ghanians running at them.
Even on the goal, you could probably blame it on Lopez. O'Neill and Trapp should hae done better, but if Lopez doesn't take 5 seconds to close down a Ghanian player lining up a shot 30 yards from goal, they probably go into the locker room at 0-0.
