U-17 World Cup USA vs. Croatia 4:00 ET

The Lads try to get back on track after a loss to Defending Champion Nigeria 2-0
20'Gooallll Christian Pulisic with a gut punch to Croatia
1-0 USA
39' Gooallll Pulisic with the cross to Vazquez who heads it in
2-0 USA Dos a Cero!!
Half: USA 53-47% on Possession. Backline is having some break downs but recovering. Pulisic at GK has been great and made some amazing saves . The Midfield has so much chemistry. De La Torre and Christian Pulisic are linking up amazingly. Great first half.

The team is starting to play conservative . I have no idea why.

90+ Croatia hits 2 shots off the post in the last 20 seconds . Game ends 2-2
Long story short the team was gassed and was dominated in the 2nd half. Gave this one away. They have to win their next game.

Pulisic has created about 4 good scoring chances in the first 12 minutes. He's giving the Croatian backline hell. They are pressing and holding majority of the posession so far. Appears to be a completely different team from last game.

20 shots to 5 in favor of Croatia. The team is now just sitting back. They were creating so many chances going foward. Why change tactics to start the 2nd half?

It was an amazing game. I began to laugh when Croatia was trying to press and get the winner. One of their players had a cramp. He fell to the ground , but his teammate picked him up, carried him to the sideline, dropped him and proceeded to play.

Nigeria thrashed Chile 5-1
we play Chile on Friday
-a win and a Nigeria win over Croatia and we get 2nd and automatically advance
-a win and a a draw in other game or croatia win will get us 3rd but 4 points should be enough to advance as one of the 4 3rd place teams
-a draw and a Nigeria win of more than 2 goals and we get 2nd
- draw and a Nigeria win of 2 goals or less 9depending on goals scored, we are 2 behind on GD, one back on GF)we are in 3rd with 2 points and probably done
