We’ve given up 5 goals until today. Did it happen in those other games? We came out flat, that’s on the players. They had 1 good attempt in the 1st half. What changed in the 2nd half? Sloppy play.

Couldn’t watch the second half. Just saw the score. WTF?!

Ange ball sucks sometimes and the D played terribly.

I don’t think you can place those goals on the system. The individual defending just sucked.
Wonder if the string of games caught up with them. Looked like a lot of tired legs in the 2nd half.

I feel like the easy thing to do at the moment is just blame all goals on the system. There is no doubt that the way we set up leaves us exposed at times, but the first and third goals scored last weekend were just terrible individual defense. Udogie had a really bad day and failed to deal with both situations. We had three men around the ball for the last goal and he still managed to get the cross in.
It feels like these kind of things should happened less and less as this team gets more time together, but I feel like we have been the victim of individual defensive errors going back before Ange was even here.

I agree. Spence should have come on for Udogie at the 60' mark or sooner, maybe even at the half. If Romero keeps checking out randomly Dragusin should get a PL start at some point, although I think it'd have to get pretty bad for Ange to resort to this.

Finally this break is over. We’ve got Hammers tomorrow. You know, the terrible team who always seems to play like world champs when we have them.

Usoggie shite defending on the ball there and Poro asleep at the wheel.

The more I watch, the less I’m impressed with the wingers defending. Both have been less than impressive in that area.

Kulu totally deserved that. He’s been our best so far

Kulu doing Kulu things, that was a nice strike.

Worried about this Sub. Hope there isn’t anything wrong with Maddison.

Good, tactical change, weird.

Scrappy goals are the best.
