Agreed, very pleased with Paulinho's play today.

Vertongnen needs to sit for a match or 2. Maybe that will help him because playing sure hasn't done him any good.

Our defense is just so pitiful. Without Lloris in goal, we'd give up 4 goals a game. Vorm did well, but our defense needs like two world class saves a game.

Just watched the replay on NBC Sports Extra Time. LOVE that feature btw, so convenient. I was bummed I had to miss the game this morning live so it was great to be able to watch on there when I got home.
Good on Kane! They mentioned something about a gash on Lloris leg or something briefly I think. Hope that is all it is because damn with that back line and no Lloris we are screwed.
If someone gets any updates on Lloris status please post it.
All in all I'll take the 3 points from this. Poch didn't look too pleased so he will be looking to improve the squad. But hey after last match this was a good recovery imo.
