Long-time lurker on the soccer board, but needed to check in as I'm extremely excited about this season and this Spurs team. Love what the Spurs have done/doing with their signings and great to hear how much publicity the team is getting right now. Tired of hearing nothing but Man U/City, Chelsea, etc. in the past on the commentary, but now getting more Spurs news and analysis. . Thanks for posting all the Spurs news. COYS!!!

Damn. Siggy isn't even in the two deep on that lineup. And I can't imagine Dembele not starting. Tough, but we just have so much talent. Also, I wonder if Lamela can really play as a winger.

I read something ealier where Spurs may be concerned about RMs cash flow. Apparently, Spurs haven't received the fee from Modric yet.

Agreed. Europa should be used to roll out some test lineups, and thats it.

If we had more depth on the back line, I would have no problem with Europa. Trot out Defoe or Adebeyor at striker, and we are getting to be absolutely stacked in the midfield.
