Meanwhile, Chelsea has won 3 in a row...
Pulisic has played timidly and passively when he has been in. Frank is sending him a message. He’s gonna have to be ruthless to get in the squad, and ruthless to stay there. 70 mil and America’s fanboy club be damned. This is a mans game and pulisic needs to figure out how to rise to that. The way I see it frank is doing him a favor, and by consequence the club as well.
Now about this zonal marking conundrum...

I feel like my concerns regarding pulisic, and his move to Chelsea have so far proven correct tbh. I’ve definitely been critical, but after watching him play over the past couple years I don’t see how you couldn’t be.
I’m not judging him against the current crop of American “talent”, we know he’s arguably the best we have ever had, but against the kind of top talent in the world playing for the biggest clubs.

I know pulisic just had a little over 10 minutes, but he did look more aggressive. Would’ve liked to have seen if he could have kept that up for a longer period, but I thought he played hard in the limited minutes, and that was a very nice assist.
I also thought CHO was pretty poor this game. Maybe that will mean more minutes for Pulisic.

He should have come on 10 minutes sooner. He’s a chaotic player. He adds an X factor or he is invisible.

Really like where we are right now. Young guys getting lots of work and producing. Yes more Pulisic would be nice but he’ll get his time. My main complaint is Kepa- one damn clean sheet in all matches this year is unacceptable even if we’re still trying to figure out our defense. He needs to be better.

Clean sheets is not a good measure to judge a goalie. There are too many factors that lead to goals than only the goalie.

Yeah kepa has been a great keeper for us. Our issue is Emerson, Christiansen and rudiger all hurt or sick. Zouma wouldn’t be in the 18 if we have a healthy back line

That team and Chelsea are night and day from that game now. Lamp is finally figuring rotations out and we’ll be adding injured players soon.
