Not saying it's a done deal for sure but as far as PSG sources go their track record is really good and not just on Neymar. It's believed they have a legit source high inside the club.

Paris United was the only source who stayed course w/ Neymar even after Pique's instagram.
They have proven to be a tier one source for PSG times over.
Not saying M'Bappe is 100% going to move or anything, but if Paris United says something regarding PSG they are more often right than they are wrong.

He has been our #1 target and we have been his destination of choice... I guess the club could refuse to deal with us and he could decide he is okay playing with someone else..
Ive seen reports that Chelsea are in for him, but I have no clue how accurate that info. is..
edit: So, until I see him sign I am worried about them or City coming in and changing his mind.. Its obvious there seems to be no return so now he just needs to go... all are good options for him... he walks into any of those teams..
