Probably the best news is that the recent spending probably means the days of Barca/Real/Bayern being locks for semi teams is probably done.
Milan is splashing, Juventus are always good now, City and United are continually breaking the bank. Now PSG are doing it too. I think this is nothing but great for the future of European competition at the very least.

All this Neymar POY talk is interesting.....I think it's safe to say that CRON or Messi have it locked up for the next 2 years-ish. I wouldn't be shocked it after that the POY was put on lock by someone other than Neymar...like Mbappe or Dybala or maybe even PEA.

What else would you call it? It's the owners stated objective to make PSG one of the world soccer giants. "Project" is just a quick way to refer to that ongoing goal.
