Chelsea cancelled the Adidas contract six years early. I expect we will have a new kit next year now. Massive lost for Adidas.

I'd be shocked if it was Nike b/c they are getting out of the kit for club business on a larger scale. Rumors about them with Spurs but nothing yet. City are the only club in the Premier League they make shirts for.
Apparently Chelsea sold the most shirts world wide of any English club. Only third behind Barca and Bayern. Not sure if im believing that yet.

Chelsea also won the league last year and did various Asian and American tours. Not that surprising that we would have the most jerseys sold. Plus a new sponsor makes people feel the need to buy one with the new advert. I don't expect Chelsea to be continuing to outsell United but there's some semi-reasonable explanations.
