Tonight's soccer board challenge, if you choose to accept it

I got the Soccer In America book for Christmas. The book is FANTASTIC, by the way. I'd recommend buying it, because it will probably go out of print sometime next year.
The inside front cover has a collage of USMNT and USWNT players through the years.
Your challenge, if you choose to accept it:
Name the USMNT players shown in the pictures below. (No bonus points for USWNT players.) The book has a listing of the names. I haven't looked at it yet, but I'll fill in any blanks for us.
Here's the picture, and here's a ginormous version of it.
I'll get us started.
Row 1: #12 Cory Gibbs, #15 Desmond Armstrong, #8 Dominic Kinnear?
Row 2: #20 Ale Bedoya, #15 Jay DeMerit, #9 Conor Casey, #5 Danny Califf, #6 David Regis
Row 3: Suit, #21 Clarence Goodson, #21 Fernando Clavijo, #14 Edson Buddle, #18 Eddie Johnson
Row 4: #15, #9, #7 Freddy Adu, #14, #5 Benny Feilhaber
Row 5: #22, #4, #3, #11 Brian Ching, #15
Row 6: #19 Chris Henderson, #14 Chris Armas, #9 Charlie Davies, #15, GK Brad Guzan, #15 Bobby Convey
If this goes well, there's one inside the back cover as well.

I guess I'll get it started and say that Charlie Davies is that black dude on the bottom in the sweet arse charcoal jersey.

Sheep, you´d better inform Cwill as to whether or not the pages are of a serious plastic covering.

Sixth row: number 14 is Chris Armas. Is the second 15 Bobby Convey?

row one, fourth (counting the big first photo), looks like the classic Jurgey ´I can´t believe I banged that shite in´ celebration.

Row 2 #'s 9 & 6. I'll say Ernie S and Eddie P.
And Meola as the GK lunging to his right.

Keys and thenry knocked out a few.
The first #15 on Row 6 - not Josh Wolff. I think it's Chad Deering, but I haven't looked yet.

Row 6, #19 is Chris Henderson.
There are two current MLS coaches, one former MLS coach, and an MLS executive shown.

chick in photo five, row one, looks like Özil with prepubescent titties.

It looks like the 1998 World Cup jerseys, so I think you're right about Deering, since he wore number 15. Didn't really look much like him, although I am not really an expert on what Chad Deering looks like.
