Jackwoods for once we agree ... they made him permanent way to fast ... All fans knew the run he started on wouldn't last... it how he bounced back from loses that count and lets just say he failed miserably...

I don't think he's the worst manager ever. It's just baffling they gave him the job so quickly. They didn't need to. What was the worry?

"Sorry guys, I'm gonna go manage Sheffield Wednesday if you don't commit to me right now?"

Glad the season is finally over

This season just exposed how terrible the club is ran from a football aspect.

Jose was frustrating on the style at times but my god was he fricking spot on. He knows what a club is supposed to look like and operate like and we are not it. When he called out the board for not backing him in the transfer market it was going to be down hill after that. When he got the job he wanted a director of football to be hired with him and it never happened.

This is what happens when you don't have the corect people making the football operations moves. We have people in place still from Moyes, LvG and Jose that all chime in on who to buy and then Woodward gives the final yes. Woodward knows frick all about football and should be no where near the recruitment of players. Our transfer strategy is we have none. It is literally who is City linked with??? O ok lets try and out bid them and pay over the odds wages to beat City at getting this player.

There is no way you can convince me Jose wanted Sanchez. He plays way to much as a roaming player to fit a system with structure. Then you have someone like Pogba who on his day is world class and on other days looks like he does not give a single frick. Those fans who were yelling at him post match yesterday were spot on. We need players who will play for the badge. We let one who did go with Herrera bc of poor managment with his contract letting it run down and then PSG of course pay over the odds for him.

Once again not the correct football people running the operations. We need a director of footbll, sporting director what ever you want to fricking call it. But this bull shite that the board want apoint all these former players without the CV like Rio to do it is pure lazyness. Its just moves to try and keep the fans happy. We need people from the outside who no real relation to the club. The only former player who should be considered is Edwin van der Sar bc of the amazing job hes been doing at Ajax and he would be those same conceptst to United. The Ajax concepts and United are very similar in the club ethos. Style of play and youth. Next id look at Paul Mitchell from Red Bull.

As for the squad it needs to get younger and quicker for us to play at the style OGS wants and the United of old at a regular basis. The one saving grace is the state of our youth academy. Despite the drop in a couple ages groups a few years ago, Nicky Butt has done an amazing job since being hired and the players being turned out are some of the best in the country. Esp the English ones for their age groups.

As for who needs to stay and go

DDG- Stay he will bounce back from a bad season, if we do sell him then we have to break bank for Jan Oblak. If not we have two very very good GKs who came through the academy. Dean Henderson was amazing this year on loan and he might be the United GK of the future down the line regardless. Joel Pereira is great as well but I think Henderson will get the nod over him.

Lindelöf - stay, he is turning out to be a great CB and will be able to hold it down for years.

Bailly - Go, great when hes healty but he can't stay healty. If he stays i would not be mad

Jones - GTFO, how long is this failed experiment going to be tried. Yes he gives it his all but he is very limited in what he can do. Issue is he just got a new deal, trying to offload him will be hard.

Pogba - Stay but not opposed to selling him. If Madrid offer the asking price and maybe send Kroos the other way then do it. Pogba needs to be more consitant for this team to push forward and he needs to become a leader.

Sánchez - Go, issue is his wages will make it hard for him to leave. But hes never been fully fit in a United shirt. Id be willing to give him another chance to prove himself bc we know he will work his socks off

Mata - Stay, the perfect pro and will get the job done. Give him a new deal so we don't loose him on a free.

Lukaku - Stay, but he probably wants out. He doesn't not want a reduced roll but he is limited in what he can do. But he plays hard and we need that.

Rashford - Stay

Martial - Stay, just got a new deal but again his attitude and consitancy are an issue. Already getting on OGS bad side. If it keeps up i could see him gone after next year.

Smalling - Go, been a great sevant and has had some good years but once again very limited in what he can do. If he stays he needs to be a squad player.

Lingard - Stay

Andreas Pereira - Stay, will be a great part of a midfield rotation plays for the badge.

Rojo - Go, always hurt and plays to wreckless

Fred - Stay bc he just got here. Lets just chalk it up to having issues adapting to his first year in England.

Young -GTFO, has regressed so bad its not even funny. He should not be wearing the arm band. Issue is get just got a one year deal.

Dalot - Stay kids got great potential

Herrera - Already gone, should have been our captain

Romero - Stay best #2 in the world. But if he goes we will have somone to fill in.

Shaw - Stay, good season finally living up to his potential and will only get better

Valencia - Already gone. Been a great decade of service but hes past it

Matic - Stay but only as a rotation player. He just too old to play week in week out in OGS system.

Darmian - Go, usless player and provides nothing going forward.

McTominay - Stay, we have seen how good this kid can be he has put in some shifts. Even against Barca was a top performer. Will probably Captain Scotland one day.

Fosu-Mensah - Stay looked ok on loan but we know how good he can be

Tuanzebe - Stay and should get a look for the starting XI. Was fantastic on loan at Villa once he got healthy. Kid loves United through and through.

Garner, Chong, Greenwood and Gomes should all see time next year.

No one else out on loan really impressed.

Needs are CB, RB, Winger and CM

Daniel James is def the player we need lighting quick and hungry. Will only get better.

Hopefully this is the start of a change in transfer strategy. Get the right player not the name player. Stop the stupid wages and reckless spending the last few years. But reglardless if the board pulls the same shite it did with LvG and Jose, OGS will fail. The Glazers cleary do not give a frick.

As for next season. Focus on top four. Bc we are miles behind City, Liverpool and Spurs. Europa play the kids as much as possible until we get in the knockout and then try and win the damn thing. FA and League cup go all out in there. Winning breads more winning. A trophy next year will be a step in the right direction to show progress.
