I thought he looked pretty good tbh, had some iffy moments, but not totally out of place, could 100% see him becoming our 4th CB at the end of the day, I mean he's only 23.

I dont know how the season will turn out, but seeing this tweet says a lot about this group.
I know the loss of VVD will be hard to overcome, but we all know what Thiago can do and in his short time.. Jota is everything we thought/wanted Werner to be brought in for...
Just need Matip back very soon and to make it to Jan. Hopefully, we'll be able to reinforce the back line then...
