yea, we would have to pull some Lane Kiffin type recruiting tactics to talk people into joining our dumperster fire.

Saban to United

It's easy for the neutrals and rivals to say give Moyes his time. And I was all for patience and the United fans - home and away - have been incredibly supportive. But in the course of an entire season I have been given absolutely no reason to believe that Moyes is the man for the future. The performance today was just par for the course. And the worst part about it is I wasn't surprised and sort if expected it - at home no less!
I think a year in the job gives a pretty good glimpse at what a manager us all about. The club is too large for him. He's in over his head. He'd do well for Norwich after Chris Hughton is let go.

As I've said a dozen times before, SAF left a flawed squad. But Moyes has done absolutely nothing to make things better. Mata is a fantastic player who plays a position of relative strength for United, while central midfield (Fellaini is not enough) and defense were neglected in the windows. His tactical decisions and team choices are consistently terrible.
In short...

He waited until the 75th minute to make a substitution today.
And the team is flawed, no doubt. Turnover and fresh faces will be needed going forward. But the available talent in the squad is clearly better than the current league position. Only major change in the squad from last year is the manager. And we've gone from winning the league by 11 points to being 28 points off the leaders. All the while taking some batterings from our biggest rivals along the way.
ETA: that gif says a lot about how I feel

So because I spend less time on the Internet and message boards my opinion is less valid than yours?
Maybe you should ask a fan of a team who has actual experience in watching a Moyes led team, rather than calling for his head in the middle of Year 1.
Moyes will be fine IMO, but it's a process.

Yeah, this dreadful season and his handling of it is all part of the process...

You want Nick Saban as your manager but can't appreciate the process

Ive had lots of experience. He's always been shite and always will be.
And I've been blessed to see him at two of our biggest rivals. God is good.

Enough was enough
I said give him time
But its clear he has no kind of system in place for the future.

I recall that, and to your point from another thread I too am shocked that the reins could be turned over to someone who had no clear vision or plan.
