The Mirror : All that is left for Reds fans now is to sing about how they have won the title 20 times. They have stuck admirably behind their team, but last night for them and for Moyes, it feels as though a long road to redemption stretches ahead.

I'm pretty convinced he's more interested in which support sings the loudest than the result of the match.

I've been a city fan since i started following the game

Let him find a new one. Still doesn't change the fact that as it stands right now City > United.

United's starting XI yesterday cost £16 million more than City's (£186.4 - £170.15).

I would usually find that hard to believe, are you talking about much the players were bought for or salary. But then again we grossly overpaid for Mata and Fellaini

So it is possible even though the rest of the squad has been on the team for years or came through the youth system.

Fellanini cost more than YAYA but transfer fees have risen every year.

This.

Carrick, Rooney, Ferdinand, Mata, and Fellaini probably push that on their own.

It would be hard to believe if Ferdinand wasn't in the lineup.

I find it hilarious that the Manchester United fan talks so much shite about bandwagoning.

Newsflash: if united didn't win those 20 titles you talk so much about. Nobody would give a frick about them

Always my soccer board favorite. A bunch of United, City, Chelsea, Pool, and Arsenal fans arguing over who is the biggest bandwagonner. It doesn't get any more rich than that.

Especially when fans start diminishing their own teams accomplishments in order to prove their choice was somehow more noble.

I'm not saying I'm not a bandwagon fan.

I went to a Man U game in Houston. And on that day I grew a large hatred for the team and their fanbase.

So when I decided to find a EPL team, their rivals seemed like a good choice. And it definitely didn't hurt that city was good.

It's just funny that United fans want to call other people bandwagon fans, when they are the epitome of a bandwagon fan.
