St Louis city actually makes sense compared to a Orlando.

What’s with the weird fascination for putting “City” behind a teams name? Unless it’s NYC it sounds dumb as hell to me

I mean it’s better than Chicago’s reincarnation.

St Louis is only one of three independent cities in the country, and the term "st louis city" is used daily here. so it has a ton of significance.

Glad they went with SC instead of the retarded beyond belief FC.

It's a stupid name
It's a shite logo

And i fear for the creativity and direction of the team, if this was their genius reveal.

so much fail with this one, especially naming it after the City, and not the St.Louis Region(stl city, stl county, stl metro)

Except the City won't be spending money on MLS shite, spending money on tickets, spending money on game day stuff. They will be in parking lots, breaking into the fans cars.

90%+ and i'm being generous, of all cash spent on this team will come from St.Louis Metro Region, not City. Which is why the teams here are called St.Louis, not St.Louis City.

Why split the crest like they did? There's no need to have a big St. Louis City on it. It would have looked much better if the whole badge was like the left side with something like STL City in small letters somewhere.

The name and colors are fine but the crest is absolute garbage. I hate the split/vertical writing and the SC thrown on it's own at the bottom. And I can't stop thinking it's the SportsCenter logo

At least it will be easy to make team logo masks—it already has the exact shape!

St Louis broke the MLS record for ST deposits. Previous record was set at 30k in the first 24 hrs, St Louis did just that in the first 15 minutes, with a total of 55,000 deposits.
