Fair enough.

Of course no soccer player could play OL or DL. They haven't trained for it and they couldn't play soccer professionally (or really at all) with that body type. Linemen are usually fat on purpose. That's why many slim down after retirement.

alot of soccer players are too short/skinny. Some could be a QB. But I dont they could be a linebacker/rb or lineman. some could be safety

short is short, I´ll give you that. But that´s a major reason why ´American´ athletes would never be good footballers (soccer players). Center of gravity is higher, and they´d have to had been touching the ball constantly since the age of four or so.

skinny
Their weight training is different. Pay attention the next time you see a match, and imagine what a big arse sinewy person would have been, were they lifting for power and mass, for years.

soccer is more skill based too. for ex, in intramural, my short slow fatass could play soccer since i have good touch and ball control. same with basketball. im not fast or strong enough for football.

touch and ball control
This is the key to all this bullshite. This can´t be taught, you either have it, or you don´t. It´s simply enhanced with incessant practice. It is not a learned skill.

Most soccer players aren't exactly "skinny" or short. And Jesus Christ why is it so hard to understand that LBs are big because they lift/eat to be big because they have to be. They are not "naturally" that way. Again most football players are three inches shorter and twenty pounds lighter than their listed stats.
