But isn't this exactly what concerned those who wanted to leave? Foreigners coming to take British citizen's jobs? I've heard it brought up many time by the Leave Campaign that, when it comes to football, this will help bring more British youth into the league. So i can't see them making it too easy.

Yeah, it would be beyond ironic!

The first thing that happens after a historic decision where one of the biggest talking points was lax EU immigration policies costing English workers jobs =
the FA relaxing their immigration rules to attract European players to take the place of English ones.

It was a joke. I like Boring Milner. But no one else seems to feel that way.

I was joking. . . I just recalled the Liverpool fan interviewed about the proposed ticket price hike that kept repeating "70 quid for James fookin Milner, are ya kiddin me"

However, I like Milner too . . . he's no worldbeater but he's a very solid player that I always thought could play a a big part on championship caliber team. . .

Many English and British ex-players are complaining and begging forgiveness of Europe on twitter.

I guess they made theirs..........
