Spain isn't great, which makes this loss for us that more annoying. This team had talent enough to get to the Semis if things fell right and they didn't piss down their leg the first time they played a top 10 team.

That’s what everyone said about the Red Devils. They just bullied us.

It wasn't even bullying. Our guys didn't want to play the ball. They looked for someone else to do it.

That was a sad performance all around. The first goal especially.

Then Ream gets bullied for the second, and does absolutely nothing.

This game was so far away from the run of play from the entire tournament. Every team has pushed back when challenged.

Every. Single. One.

The US rolled over. It was wildly bad.

It was the first game if the tournament for a team that's historically known for being slow starters. It's meaningless at this current moment

Spain hasn't looked all that great

Belgium haven't been wordlbeaters themselves outside of tonight.

Can Spain make simple passes without completely spazzing out? Can Spain receive and control these simple passes? Does Spain have players that like to shoot the ball or do they just hope to get fouled? Does Spain have a clown as a goalie who likes to come out of the box and then forget to pass the ball? Does Spain have defenders who know how to mark a player? Does Spain play scared? Does Spain know how to execute corner kicks better than the average guy on tRant? Does Spain only pass backwards when you need to put pressure on the other team? Thanks. I’ll hang up and listen.

Spain does all those things. They’ll be favored.

Belgium was far superior to the US (difference between #9 and #17) and didn’t feel any pressure for the last 20 minutes.

But Cape Verde would’ve beat the US tonight.
