Well that's good because it makes Vaught Hemmingway look like Cowboy Stadium and the area makes North Baton Rouge look like the Garden District.

I went to White Hart Lane this morning. It was by far the worst stadium I have ever seen and is in the shittiest part of London. I'd rather spend time in Starkville
I have always heard that West Ham is in an ugliest neighborhood of the major London teams.

Chelsea is more like LSU
LSU was relevant before 1990. Chelsea was not (well actually 1996 technically).

The more I think about it, the two leagues really don't compare

Not SEC but Chelsea and Oregon are comparable. Oregon wasn't relevant until about 2000. Billionaire owner and booster. Undersized stadiums and solid home records. Chelsea beat out the PL powers to grab some titles, Oregon has topped USC the last 3 seasons in the Pac 10/12. Chelsea lost their one CL Final appearance (for now) and the Ducks lost their BCS NC appearance.
But Nike > Adidas.
But Nike > Adidas.

Yeah. I don't think they do all that well either.

I use college football to describe the passion. Nothing like soccer fans and college football fans.

It'd probably be easier to open it up to the entire realm of college football verse European soccer.

Hard to compare pro league with college teams. The EPL-NBA or EPL-MLB comparisons work better.
But, then again, I'm really mad at the OP.

That would be a fun project. Hmm...

Its been done. Lots of articles comparing European clubs to American teams, not just college football.
