Some cities I saw on bleacher report and Liverpool in the mix as well
"Real Madrid, Manchester United and Liverpool will be among 8 top European teams playing in 12 cities in the 2014 International Champions Cup…The games will be played in 12 cities across the United States — Dallas, Washington DC, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Denver, Miami, Phoenix, Charlotte, Ann Arbor, Hartford, New York and Philadelphia."

As for European clubs, I think all the WC regulars will be back for the August fixtures and probably play about the same amount as usual in the pre-season friendlies.
AS Roma's in this too. Think they have Real Madrid, Man U and then Inter in the "group stage".
RM WC players will have a leave, of this, I´m sure.

Not sure how accurate but these are the rumored AS Roma match dates/sites:
AS ROMA vs MANCHESTER UNITED July 26 Denver

The website supposedly had the logos of Real Madrid, ManU, Man City, AC Milan, Inter, AS Roma and Olympiakos up earlier and then replaced them all with question marks.
Yeah, Dandy, I just saw that the dates are end of July. Probably most WC players will be getting a break. Guess it will be a good time to see all these little kids Roma's been buying this winter.

The pace being torrid is more the case. Juve followed up Roma's 10 match winning spree with one of their own. However, Roma's 50 of 63 possible points is equal to our best start ever and would be leading if Juve weren't on a record setting pace at 56 points.
I doubt we catch Juve but I do think we'll beat them again when they come to the Olimpico like we did last week in knocking them out of Coppa Italia. For me, the most important thing is just that we keep playing well and stay in the Champion League spot.

Huge structural changes with the new American owner and then Baldini/Luis Enrique/Zeman not working out. The new owners have injected a lot of cash though as we've had some pretty hardcore buying markets for the past 2 years.
Our DS Sabatini has completely rebuilt the roster with only Totti and De Rossi remaining from 2 years ago.

Aren't most of the guidos from Sicily and southern Italy? I had always heard that those from northern Italy look down on those from the bottom of the boot.

Juventus are Italy's version of Manchester Untied or the NY Yankees.
Juve are the bandwagon team people choose when their local team isn't glamorous enough and the vast portion of Italians with no Serie A level "local" club nearby are in the south. (Maybe it's the same reason South Alabama is filled with Yankees fans)
Keeping this "nationalistic" appeal as Italy's team is why they spend so much to try to sign every Italian National player.
Torino is actually a small city and many residents are actually Torino FC instead of Juve fans. People joke that Juve would sell more tickets if they played home matches in Catania.
Also, real Jersey shore "guido" types aren't big enough soccer followers here that you actually see them at matches. They follow American football. They're very mainstream American" in that the only "team" they really follow is the Italian NT during the WC.

Some Northern Italians infamously refer to Southern Italians as Africani. It's a similar metaphorical "darkening" of the poorer "other" that you see historically between the English and the Irish, for example.

Yeah though I'd say it's more par for the course unfortunately since no matter how "white" almost everyone everywhere has "African" in their blood.
Sicilians, like many parts of Spain etc have a lot of Arabic hereditary (as well as cultural similarities).
