I know everyone is glad he's gone from CFC, myself included, but I would have been interested to see what he would have done if he could've had Roman's bankroll over the summer and the ability to bring in his own players...
I think he'll run into the same depth issues at Napoli... almost like you have to pick one or the other... CL or League... similar to Dortmund the past 3 years..

Agreed, and the depth issues weren't Rafa's fault but if you have to pick one, considering we were already out of the CL, the league should have been the primary focus.
But anyways, it's over now and thankfully everyone can move on in tact.

I also think he'd have tried to bring in true wide players, too(the missing piece to the puzzle he never got at LFC, IMO)... while the three AM are extremely talented, they all tend to want to play centrally whether deployed out wide or not... And of course a striker, though all the may need is to play Lukaku... maybe they have learned with Sturridge..

I mean it's not horrible, but it's definitely a little dig and since when are fans reasonable when it comes to rival players/managers?
I have zero problem with what he said as the manager of Liverpool but he can't have been surprised that it was part of the reason for the negative reaction to him taking the job.
