whats your definition of a few years? and that can change in a couple weeks.
When you have the most league championships you have a little bit more reason to be entitled than a fan base that struck the lottery.

I'm not understanding this logic. Not winning after years and years of greatness should make the fans demand more.

By not staying, are City fans demanding better results? With City's resources we should be better no doubt. It's a ticket holder's prerogative to stay for the lap of honor.
This is like the Rant and people saying "I'm booing the coaches not the players" argument. The fans leaving early was consistent with the players lack of staying after and applauding City away fans consistently throughout the year. This was a supposedly organized protest against players who don't care enough about the club.
Pellegrini has been underappreciated but the way the players have performed lately, they didn't deserve the support.
Would I have stayed? Sure!

Apparently a lot of people at the game on the City subreddit are saying the message wasn't well dispersed about a the speech and everything postgame. All they were apparently announcing on the speakers was the U18 result.
Not sure I really buy that, don't the players always do a lap and what not at the final home game?
I know after a disappointing result like that, in what's been a terrible league season sucks, but three trophies and three years isn't a bad haul.

There's always a lap of honor. Disgraceful that fans didn't stay, but still, slightly understandable.

But they've already announced that one of the best manager's in the world is coming next season. It isn't like they were protesting to get Pellegrini sacked
