Yes, trust the process, but its also hard to figure out what Klopp is seeing that we aren't.
My couple of issues with Liverpool heading into the season-
I'm ok having made money on the transfer window - excellent selling business. Our wage bill is way down. But I think the club needs to express something (even if its not overt) about what they are doing with all this cash because there are a decent amount of fans (and I'm not one of them) who seem upset about this. This is coupled with the increased revenue where you're seeing smaller clubs splash the cash. A release about debt being paid off, the stand paid off quicker, some new contracts for guys with improved wages, etc. Or are we just holding it and hoping for CL football next year and a much bigger transfer/wage structure? If we don't get CL for next year, we'll need wages in order to pry any top players to us.
I'm to the point where I wish Klopp would just start Stewart at the holding midfielder (assuming Can is still hobbled), put Hendo where Wij starts, and have Wij come off the bench if necessary. Hendo can't do that role. Wij looks to be having trouble settling in, and this would instantly improve both roles, imo. Yes, Stewart has many weaknesses, but he'll do the hard work and add a bit more physicality to the midfield, and most importantly can protect the back 4 a lot better than Hendo. And probably another starting XI caliber guy should have been brought in here. Hendo is a runner, and he runs to the ball leaving a hole behind him way too much.
LB - Milner/Moreno. Moreno has work to do. Milner is not natural there. I understand there is a squad balance issue - no one will buy Miler/pay his wages, so we're stuck with him and this is a spot to get him on the field, but it just seems to me that if Moreno isn't good enough, there were plenty of funds to go and buy a guy that you think is. In some ways against certain opponents (depending upon their wing play) I'd rather see Clynne as LB and Milner as RB as at least Milner's crossing would then be much better.
We've just beaten the forward issue to death about Studge, so I'll leave that alone, but its the other issue.

I am of the opinion that not getting a half decent LB and a true DM is borderline criminal. That being said this is our squad at least until December so let's hope Klopp is seeing something that we aren't.

We're only 3 games into the season.
Three.
Games.

3 games of him not being settled in yet.
I didn't say to sell him, bin him or for him to not even make the bench. I was one of those that was really happy with his signing and what he can bring to the team.
But he can settle in coming off the bench some games.

This blame should be shouldered by the manager, not FSG. I can guarantee FSG isn't the one pulling the plug on a new LB. This shouldn't be misconstrued as me blaming Klopp for anything. I'm 110% happy with where we're at. Just saying, those fans with their FSG out signs are incredibly short sighted.
They wanted Klopp, and now they're pissed they got who they wanted.

Since this thread got all the way to page three, some bad news to bring it back to the top... Klavan out for Leicester: LINK

Does that pushy Sakho to the bench for the game?
Matip and Lovren are your starters, for now, anyway.
Eta - ughh - looks like Can is out as well.

He's barely played all year due to some lingering injuries and hurt his ankle/foot against Burton and hasn't played since.

Let's put Sakho next to Lovren and let Matip play the holding DM role. His sole job is to protect the back 4. Then let everyone in front of him run their balls off.

I am still longing for the day when our back spine will be Can, Matip,Sakho and Loris. I'm a damn broken record.

Trying SO hard to infuse logic with facts that have nothing to do with the matter at hand.
Posters like him are the reason I barely post over there. It's all soccer board (and admittiedly Poli Board pot shots) for me.

I've had fun participating in the melt. It's taken my mind off a lot of shite. Im not nearly as worked up as I probably seen.

I am just e-people watching. It scares me to realize that some of these folks are actually breathing.
I did post a one-word troll response, and got the desired effects.
You are definitely right, though. Stress relieving as hell!
