Overpaying is worth it to shore up the back line imo... VVD is clearly world class and we need world class back there to be where we want to be

I did the Anfield stadium tour a couple weeks ago. They're in the middle of a $2M renovation of the field and its underlying infrastructure. The tour was a lot of fun, even though I was a couple weeks too late to see a game. Some photos:
