Maybe soft, but the defender absolutely went to ground and tangled his legs under Woodburn's feet in the box. That wasn't a flop by Woodburn, he actually went down trying to turn because the defender clipped him.
It was absolutely a penalty. Every foul doesn't need to be a traditional EPL rocker.
