Thats essentially what chelsea played with drogba. Jurgen knows what hes doing as far as structuring the youth system. Still going to be hard to switch kids over from playing basketball and football when they are force fed those sports at a young age. I didnt know what soccer was until i was around 7 or 8.

This is true, but I'm hoping that the further pussification of America leads to more and more parents pushing their kids to soccer instead of football. I'm trying my hardest to convince my dad to sign up my 6 y.o. little brother to play soccer especially bc he's so small, but he's not budging.

So basically, Klinsmann is the John Brady of US Soccer.

Not good. I was VERY excited about him getting the job, and now I'm wondering if we even qualify for the WC.

Watching the qualifier vs Costa Rica tonight. For his sake, we had better win.
