Your MLS is Back Cup runner ups take the pitch for the first time since their miracle run tonight against new Sun State rival Ft Lauderdale. Our new, shiny, Brazilian toy, Matheus Aiás, won’t be on display, but hopefully he can prove to be a competent striker, something we severely lack.

Dallas hasn’t scored a goal in the past 3 games. They need to revert back to their old formation because it looks like the 3-4-2-1 ain’t working.

Dallas needs Pomykal to get to 100%. They were way more dangerous after he came on last night.

Abysmal refereeing in favor of Memphis.

Wil Trapp got away with a flop then a card in about 30 seconds. I hate that mother fricker so much.

Our lack of defense is back. Not looking like we took Mickey’s magic with us, though Dike had a great first career goal.

Was it as bad on TV as it seemed at the game? I know it's always tough to tell in person but God that ref was bad tonight

Well, this may be the USL League One goal of the week. Take a bow, Edwin Cerrillo.

Yeah, this will likely be Lapa's only season with Birmingham.

As good as Legion have been tonight, I’m almost enjoying the Jamaican pbp announcer more.
And a nice tribute by Wright to Chadwick Boseman!

He’s been very complimentary of Legion. And rightfully so. Ryan Davis from Trinidad.

Dude I called this in the first game against Memphis. He is on another level from everyone else on the pitch.

The Athletic is reporting that Atlanta has agreed to terms to sell Pity Martinez to Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia.

Rumored to be around $18m.

I wouldn't say that, but I've been considering this a lost season for a while. I think we got an offer for Pity that we couldn't refuse. With Josef out, Barco not 100%, several other starters with various knocks, just now being able to work in some new faces, interim manager, etc., it's as good time as any to make changes.

Considering he didn’t live up to the hype this isn’t a bad move. Shame he didn’t really work out. SA seems like a step back for his career though.
