The current CBA will expire January 31, 2020. Going under the assumption that the player's union will want to renegotiate, what do you hope get's accomplished? Let's try to keep ideas realistic. They aren't going to abolish the salary cap, etc.

Here's the current CBA if you want to check it out: LINK

Why would you want to get rid of that? If anything, they should incintivize playing homegrowns more.

Reverse the decision to name the MVP trophy after Landon Donovan.

Doesn't sound like a CBA issue.

I can be wrong on this, but it is my understanding that the fees from sold players don't all go to the club that sold them. I would like to see that change. Would be nice if fees for players who came up through the MLS academies would go directly to the academies.

Correct MLS bc of the franchise system collects a ton of money of players sold

It’s another one of the their scam methods to make it look like the league is profitable

Yeah, frick him for setting a lofty goal a decade out to hopefully coincide with hosting the World Cup again and coming up short. Never mind that it's still a much better league than it was.

Try bringing up a valid criticism for once.

It is valid and don’t think anyone on this board will disagree

When every anyone says something they don’t like about the league you always have some sword swallowing response

Criticizing the league for striving to be a top league is not valid. If they were to backpedal and say they plan to be a top 25 league by 2022, it would change absolutely nothing.

If you wanted to criticize the policy about only allowing so many chartered flights or something like that, then I would be more likely to agree.
