Yeah. I got some pics. It was overall a wonderful experience. I would do it again.

I was there last night. I went with my Mexican girlfriend and her family and friends. So I didn't sit with Sam's Army, although I was not far at all from them. Sam's Army was rocking it last night. The Mexican fans that I met last night were really awesome. Very friendly. We talked crap, but it was a lot of fun. But at the end of the game got ridiculous. My friends covered me when I needed to go to the bathroom or what not, so I didn't get anything thrown at me. They even apologized for the bad fans. The only thing that upset me was when they started whistling during the national anthem..

euro games are worse

Nope. Not even close.

I've been to one Mexico/US match (in LA) and several European matches, and the US/Mex match was by far scarier.

Can you post your pics here? I think the whole board would love to see them. You should even start a separate thread to post them.

You should even post them to the SB Picture project thread.

thats b/c the crowd was mixed, we both know if you mix a euro crowd all hell would break loose and ultra groups look for an chance to cause insane havoc

But it wasn't mixed. European games always are. Hence, the Mex match was scarier.

Dortmund fans got a police escort into Stade Velodrome when I went there for the CL match, but they didn't get anything thrown at them like in Azteca. And Marseille has some of the craziest bastards around.

I have to say that after watching the video of the fans leaving with the riot police escort, I now have to go to the Azteca. It's now a must.

no one stresses bitch french fans, ive been to multiple us games vs central american teams with scummy fans it gets bad but nothing like ive seen in the german league.

We played Dresden a few months ago and their fans said we are coming to cause trouble to test the FCK ultras and they did just that pre game, during the game and post game. In euro games you see flares and shite being thrown back and forth that is way worse than beers

I think that's partly because American's know not to fight back 100k to 400

ETA: Also, those pussy French you referred to? Yeah, those guys were not so French. And not so nice either. Don't underestimate Marseille.
